"Steer Clear of This Place!"
Steer clear of this place! I purchased a £2,500 oven from Kensington more than a year ago. It was defective right from the beginning, and they just kept shifting the responsibility to the supplier. I had three different engineers come out to take a look. When they finally acknowledged that it couldn’t be repaired, I opted for a refund. (Customer rights) This all happened back in November, and now it’s February, and I’m having to get legal help. Absolutely appalling!

"Got myself a big American fridge..."
I purchased a big American fridge from Kensington. It arrived right on schedule and was set up quickly by a group of friendly and skilled young guys. The installation was a bit challenging due to the tight doorways leading into the area, but they tackled it with enthusiasm, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

"Purchased Washing Machine on August 6th, Paid for Installation..."
I got a washing machine on August 6th and forked out £70 for them to install it. They couldn't get the integrated door fitted right. Two weeks later, they returned, but it still wasn't done properly. The guy mentioned they weren't carpenters but assured me they would take care of it. Now it's October 13th, and nothing's been sorted. Total waste of £70! Looks like I’ll have to hire my own carpenter to fix it.

I got a complete set of appliances from them, and let me tell ya, the service was top-notch. The staff were awesome, super competitive prices, and they really helped us nail down our dream kitchen just right. With so many appliances being tough to track down, the whole experience was fantastic—definitely one of the most accommodating businesses I've ever dealt with.

"In Search of a Tumble Dryer"
I was on the hunt for a tumble dryer. The service at the store was super friendly and professional. They delivered it the next day, but sadly, there was an issue. Within just 5 hours, they swapped it out for a better model at no extra cost. I highly recommend this fantastic company and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!!

"Top Marks Across the Board"
I was in need of a tumble dryer pretty quickly and at a decent price, so I stumbled upon Kensington Appliances online. I recalled spotting them in Heathfield High Street before. Following the idea of 'use it or lose it,' I went ahead and placed an order through Euronics. The delivery was quick and friendly, plus they were masked and kept their distance. Top marks across the board!

"Dishwasher broke down last night"
My dishwasher gave up the ghost last night. I swung by Kensingtons this morning, hoping they might have one available. They had a great selection and offered top-notch advice on the different models. I've shopped there before and will definitely return. Really fantastic service!

"Outstanding service once more"
Outstanding service once more. My washing machine was brought and set up during the lockdown, and the delivery crew made sure everything was super safe and contactless. They explained everything thoroughly over the phone before they got here. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

"Our Experience with Kensington Appliances"
About a year back, we purchased a range cooker, a graded fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and a few kitchen cabinets from Kensington while doing up our kitchen. Lucy was super helpful with her advice, and the prices were quite reasonable. The appliances have worked like a charm without any issues. Recently, Lucy went out of her way to help us replace a couple of cabinet doors that we accidentally damaged. We definitely recommend Kensington Appliances to our friends and family.

"Dishwasher bought and set up in under 2 hours"
My dishwasher failed at 9am, so I rang up Kensington around 1pm. By 3pm, a brand new dishwasher was brought in and completely installed. Incredible service, I really appreciate it!
